This notice explains, in plain terms, which data this website receives, what it is used for and how long it is kept.

Who is responsible

The person responsible for the data handled on this website is Diego Arruda, as an individual.

For any request about your data, use the contact form or reach out on LinkedIn.

Contact form

  • Data: name, email and message.
  • Purpose: replying to your message.
  • Legal basis: fulfilling a request made by you, as the data subject (art. 7, V, of the LGPD, the Brazilian data protection law).
  • Where it is stored: in a private spreadsheet in Diego’s Google account. Each message also sends him an email alert.
  • Who processes it: Vercel hosts the website and Google stores the spreadsheet. These services may process data outside Brazil.
  • Retention: up to 12 months. After that, the data is deleted automatically from the spreadsheet, and the email alerts are moved to the trash.
  • This data is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
  • To limit abuse, the server briefly counts, in memory only, how many messages each IP address has sent. This count is not saved.

AI assistant

  • What you type in the assistant, together with the latest messages of the same conversation, goes to the website server and, from there, to the Anthropic API, which writes the answer.
  • When the AI integration is unavailable, the answer comes from a local knowledge base, without sending anything to Anthropic.
  • The website does not store conversations. They exist only in the open page and disappear when you close or reload it. The server’s technical logs record only error codes, never the content of the messages.
  • If you use the microphone, your own browser turns speech into text. In some browsers, the audio is processed by a service from the browser maker. The website receives only the text.
  • Please do not type personal data in the assistant.

Your rights (LGPD)

You can ask for confirmation that your data is processed, access to it, correction and deletion.

To make a request, use the contact form or reach out on LinkedIn. Include the email you used so your data can be found.

If needed, you can also contact the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
